Return & Refund Policies

At The Elite Effect, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products, including our Seamless Clip in Hair Extensions. We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary, and we want to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process for our valued customers.

Return Eligibility:

We will only accept returns for unworn hair extensions in their original condition within 7 days of receipt of delivery. To be eligible for a return, all zip ties must still be attached and uncut, and the clip ins must be unaltered. We will NOT accept returns for altered extensions, extensions with broken zip ties, or extensions with any signs of wear or damage.

Return Process:

If you wish to return your Seamless Clip in Hair Extensions, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. You can reach us at hello@theeliteeffect.com.
  2. Provide your order details and reason for the return to our customer support team. They will guide you through the next steps.
  3. Once your return request is approved, carefully package the hair extensions in their original packaging, ensuring they are protected during transit.
  4. Include a copy of your original order invoice or packing slip inside the package.
  5. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
  6. Once we receive the returned hair extensions and verify their eligibility, we will process your refund.

Refund:

Upon successful verification of the returned hair extensions, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any original shipping charges and return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges for our Seamless Clip in Hair Extensions. If you wish to exchange your extensions for a different texture, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
